Exceptional growth defined 2025 and to build on this momentum, our teams gathered during the week of December 8th for the All Hands Training Conference to cultivate new skills and scale our collaboration.
To host our largest All Hands gathering to date, we utilized an array of venues, including the Emprise Chesapeake office, Delta Hotel Grand Ballroom, and the Chesapeake Conference Center. This allowed all our teams to attend cross-functional training and informative sessions that reviewed our significant 2025 accomplishments. These sessions also provided a foundation for building and strengthening connections across teams.
All Hands 2025 concluded not just with our annual holiday celebration, but with a renewed commitment to accelerating our growth trajectory into the new year.
